Hi there
I am Konstantino Sparakis, A Computer Engineer & Entrepreneur with a passion for using new technology to disrupt the way we live. I completed my Bachelors & Masters degrees over at Boston University with a focus on Computer Security & Cryptography and I have been blessed to have spent my Career working on passion projects ranging from building a blockchain from the ground up to a video game startup where everything is an NFT.
My philosophy with software is simple. Start with the user and work backwards. I have a passion for taking crazy ideas and designing a product with a refreshing user experience that makes sense, looks beautiful and just works. From there the engineering challenge of building a scalable, secure, and reliable system is just a fun puzzle to solve. I look at languages and frameworks as a means to an end, all tools in my toolbox to solve that problem. Hence I am a software polyglot with professional experience working with several languages such as: Python, Javascript, Kotlin, Scala, Java, Golang, and PHP. I learn quick and always love the challenge of exploring new technical solutions to find the most optimal solution. Other tools in my arsenal, I say im a master of Serverless infrastructures and a lover of all things AWS. Working with tools and frameworks such as terraform, serverless framework, gitlab pipelines, docker, kubernetes, to name a few. Check my resume for more details.
When I do have down time you can find me building race cars, taking up fun DIY projects, Djing/jamming to some music, or on some adventure around the world. I am always open to make crazy ideas a reality so feel free to drop me a line.
